Flamy AI provides an AI-powered companion and dating simulation platform that enables users to interact with virtual AI characters through text, images, and voice communications. Our service offers:

• Real-time chat conversations with AI companions
• AI character generation and customization
• Virtual gift system and diamond currency
• Premium subscription features ($49.99/month)
• Exclusive access to AI characters (100 diamonds)
• Multi-language support (13 languages)

The Service is intended for entertainment purposes only and does not provide real human relationships or professional advice.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Flamy AI. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your account. Each user is permitted only one account.

Access to Flamy AI may be restricted or unavailable in certain jurisdictions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including users from restricted geographic regions.

All conversations and interactions are with artificial intelligence characters, not real people. AI responses are generated by machine learning algorithms and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or predictable.

AI characters have limitations and may occasionally produce unexpected responses. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

Do not share personal information, financial details, passwords, or other sensitive data with AI characters. All conversations may be stored and processed for service improvement.

AI companions are simulated personalities for entertainment purposes only. They cannot form genuine emotional connections, provide professional advice, or replace human relationships and support systems.

Account registration is required to access most features. We use Clerk authentication for secure account management. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Maintain only one active account - multiple accounts are prohibited

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Flamy AI uses a virtual currency system called 'Diamonds' for in-app purchases and transactions. Virtual currency has no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

Virtual gifts can be purchased and sent to AI characters using Diamonds. Available gifts range from 1 to 50 Diamonds (Candy: 1, Coffee: 3, Rose: 5, Gift Box: 10, Earrings: 20, Ring: 35, Necklace: 50).

Exclusive access to AI characters can be purchased for 100 Diamonds, providing 30-day exclusive interaction rights.

Virtual currency purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Unused virtual currency will be forfeited upon account termination.

You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and display such content in connection with providing and improving the service.

All conversations with AI characters are recorded and stored for service improvement, moderation, and personalization purposes. This data may be used to train and enhance AI models.

We employ automated and human content moderation systems to ensure compliance with our policies. Inappropriate content will be filtered or removed.

You are solely responsible for your content and its consequences. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you provide and that it complies with these Terms.

We use third-party analytics and tracking services to understand how our service is used and to improve user experience:

• Google Analytics - to analyze website usage, user behavior, and service performance
• Google Tag Manager - to manage tracking codes and marketing tags
• Google Ads (AW-16640792476) - to measure advertising effectiveness and conversion tracking

By using our service, you consent to the processing of data about you by these services in the manner and for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or adjusting your browser settings to disable cookies and tracking.

Premium subscriptions cost $49.99 per month and provide unlimited messaging, enhanced features, and priority support. By purchasing a subscription:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• You understand subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You are responsible for all charges incurred
• Prices may not include applicable taxes

AI companions are for entertainment purposes only. They do not provide professional advice, counseling, therapy, or real human relationships. Users should not rely on AI responses for important decisions.
